Last night was the 4th adoption event for this pack with the remaining three kittens. We had no expectation of any adoptions since no one has expressed interest through Pet Finder.
A family of four who had recently lost their 16 year old cat were looking for a new adult as their pet. Since the Merrimack Rescue was willing to do a two for one deal with our kittens, the family walked out with Lefty and Bandita for the price of one. You could knock me down with a feather now that there is just MrH to adopt out.
Today he is friendlier than ever which is saying quite a bit. I played with him with a teaser toy and he responded very well. Still doesn’t want to be picked up but he’ll let me pet him more. He’s about 12 weeks old and we’ve seem him though the worst of it.
